Floor Plan & Elevations

Floor plans are scale drawings that show the house in relationship between rooms, spaces and interior house layout viewed from above

  3. Modify an existing floor plan from our selection or your own floor plan

  4. Design and customize your own floor plan catered to you and your family

Selections

Choosing all exterior, interior finishes ranging from siding, roofing, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, fixtures, and finishes

Selection Options:

  1. We have pre-selected specs to offer

  2. Alter our pre-selected selections with MUST HAVES to incorporate your personal touch

  3. Build your selections from the ground up for all selections in home

We use a not to exceed construction cost to complete the home build. This minimizes the risk for the home owner and their construction loan/funding

We incorporate the plans, selections, and building standards to finalize the budget

1. Assess

Select floor plan, understand lot, determine selections, and collaborate within your project budget

2. Pre-construction

Floor plan confirmed & stamped, selections completed, building standards confirmed, and contract signed

3. Construction

All construction activities commence from surveying, permitting, foundation, structural, exterior/interior, and finishes

4. Certificate of Occupancy

Construction is completed and the home is move-in ready

5. Service & Warranty
